Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using LiftCrew (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The Service

LiftCrew is a group gym training app that generates individualized workout plans and allows you to train with a crew. The App depends on third-party services (Supabase, Anthropic, RevenueCat, Apple, Google) and may be unavailable from time to time.

Subscriptions & Billing

• LiftCrew offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("LiftCrew Pro Monthly" and "LiftCrew Pro Yearly") that unlock unlimited AI workout generation, unlimited crew sessions, and priority model access.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID / Google Play account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use LiftCrew. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.

Health Disclaimer

LiftCrew is a fitness tool, not a medical service. AI-generated workouts are suggestions based on the information you provide. Consult a qualified medical or fitness professional before starting any training program. You train at your own risk and are solely responsible for your safety.

Acceptable Use

• You may not reverse engineer, resell, or commercially redistribute the App.
• You may not use the App to harass other users or post unlawful content.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

LiftCrew and all related content, branding, and software are owned by LiftCrew. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiftCrew is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including injury sustained during training.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
