The new LiftCrew companion ships with every iOS install. Current set, weight × reps, big tap-to-complete button, live rest countdown with skip and ±15s, real-time heart rate, and an end-of-workout summary with avg / max / min BPM — all on your watch face.
Beyond Push / Pull / Legs, you can now build any combination: Chest + Triceps, Back + Biceps, just Quads, just Delts — eight muscle-specific options, multi-select. The AI tunes the prompt for whatever you pick. "Hypertrophy" renamed to "Volume" for clarity.
Every barbell row shows a tiny "20+10+5 / side" hint under the weight, computed greedy from your gym's actual plate set. Configurable bar weight + plate inventory in Settings so it works for bumper gyms, powerlifting setups, and CrossFit boxes.
